To get you exploring with confidence
Travel City started because we kept running into the same problem. The internet is full of travel content, but most of it is vague or out of date. We wanted something better.
So we built it ourselves. Honest destination guides written from experience, practical tools that actually work, and an independent eSIM comparison that ranks by value.

With plenty of stamps on her passport and an ever-growing bucket list, Emily is always on the hunt for the next adventure. If there is a good view and a place for a cocktail, she will be there. She leads destination content and makes sure every guide is written from actual experience rather than a press trip itinerary.

Co-founder · Product & Tools
You will likely find Lee exploring new coffee shops and dessert cafes in city centres or chasing the next best festival. He built the eSIM comparison tool and all the free calculators on the site after getting stung by roaming charges one too many times. He focuses on the practical and technical side of Travel City.

When you click through to an eSIM provider and buy a plan, Travel City earns a small affiliate commission. This commission is flat and does not vary based on which plan you choose, so we have no incentive to push you toward more expensive options.
Rankings are independent
eSIM plans are ranked by price per GB, not by commission rate. We have never accepted payment to feature, boost, or promote a specific provider or plan, and we never will. If the cheapest plan is from a provider that pays us less, it still comes first.
Editorial is separate
Our destination guides, tool content, and editorial articles are written independently of any commercial relationships. No advertiser has input into our editorial content. We do not publish sponsored articles or accept press trips in exchange for positive coverage.
