Saily eSIM Plans for Latvia
What you get with Saily in Latvia
Which Saily plan should you pick?
For a short city break of 3–5 days, the cheapest plan at £1.00 will cover Maps, WhatsApp, and casual browsing. If you're spending one to two weeks travelling around Latvia, step up to a mid-tier plan — usually the strongest value option on a per-GB basis in Saily's Latvia lineup.
If you plan to work remotely, stream video daily, or use your phone as a hotspot for a laptop, lean towards a larger bundle. The unlimited plans are priced at a premium but make sense for heavy users who don't want to track usage.
One thing to note: Saily Latvia plans are data-only. You won't get a local number, but your existing SIM handles calls and texts as normal. iMessage, WhatsApp, and FaceTime all work over data.

Saily eSIM for Latvia 2026 — what you need to know
Saily is a well-regarded eSIM provider with solid Latvia coverage. Plans range from short-break options to longer-stay packages, making Saily a flexible choice whether you're spending a long weekend or travelling for a month.
Latvia has three networks: LMT (Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, the incumbent, biggest), Tele2 and Bite. LMT has by far the widest 5G and 4G footprint, with strong coverage across Riga, Jūrmala, Liepāja, Daugavpils and Cēsis. Tele2 is solid in cities. The Gauja national park and the Latgale lake district are mostly fine on LMT, less so on the others. Coverage stays good along the main A1 and A2 highways and on the Baltic coast. Riga old town has 5G in pretty much every cobbled lane.
Is Saily good in Latvia?
In our testing, Saily connected reliably across major cities and travel routes in Latvia. Plug is type C/F (230V) and Latvia uses the euro. Riga's public transport runs on e-talons cards or contactless tap, both work, and a single ride is cheaper than a coffee.
